MHCS Scholarship Program

In 2019, Mississippi Housing & Community Services (MHCS) created an education scholarship program for residents of member-owned apartment properties in Mississippi, Arkansas and Louisiana. The scholarship funds are donated by the owners, contractors, architects, accountants, property management companies, investors, lenders, developers, and various vendors as well as other sources. Since its inception in 1995, MHCS has served these residents, and is now looking forward to this new program granting awards for college and vocational scholarships.
